Parent portal

Sharing your join code

Your club has a unique 6-character join code shown on your Dashboard. Share this code with parents — they use it to register and link their child to your club.

You can share it by:

  • Telling parents verbally or printing it on a welcome sheet.
  • Sending the direct link: adminished.com/parent-signup

How parents register

  1. Parent visits adminished.com/parent-signup.
  2. Enters your join code and creates their own account (email + password).
  3. Adds their child's details — name, date of birth.
  4. You receive a notification. Approve the child from the Students page.

What parents can see

Once approved, parents can:

  • View their child's next upcoming session with date, time and location.
  • See their child's class schedule and attendance history.
  • Check their outstanding balance and pre-pay wallet.
  • Report an absence for an upcoming session — tap Won't attend on the session card. You receive an email immediately. See absence notifications.
  • Subscribe their schedule to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
  • Request to drop (withdraw) from a class.

Parents cannot see other students, payment amounts for other families, or any coach-only notes.

Approving or rejecting registrations

Go to Students and look for students with a Pending status. Click the student to approve or decline their registration.

Removing parent access

Archive the student to hide them from the parent's view. To fully remove a parent account, contact us at [email protected].
